加拿大移民局公布加拿大技术移民职业清单

　　加拿大技术移民2008年11月28日公布了加拿大技术移民职业清单，根据移民法条例的最新政策变化，联邦技术移民申请将依据职业清单来进行，此清单包括了38个职业。

　　此类变化适用于2008年2月27日后的申请者（含当日），假如您的申请是在 2008年2月27日后递交的加拿大技术移民申请，只有以下三种情况才能被加拿大移民局审理：

　　1．有加拿大雇主就业安排

　　2．在加拿大境内工作或者学习一年以上

　　3．在新公布的38种职业中有一年以上工作经验

　　不符合以上三种条件之一的申请都将不被加拿大移民局接受审理。那些今年2月27日后递交的技术移民申请，联邦政府将退还签证申请费用。
